1. Web Development Services

We prioritize delivering fully functional and high-quality websites tailored to your needs, based on the agreed project scope. Our refund policy for web development is as follows:

Refund Eligibility:
Refunds may be issued only if the project fails to meet the agreed-upon scope, timeline, or deliverables as specified in the contract. If this occurs, you may request a full or partial refund depending on the project’s current stage.

Refund Exclusions:
Once a project is completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Any post-delivery changes or modifications will incur additional charges unless covered under a pre-existing maintenance or revision agreement.

2. Web Hosting Services

Our web hosting packages offer a variety of solutions, including shared and dedicated server options. The following terms apply to refunds and cancellations:

Shared Hosting Refunds:
For shared hosting plans, you may request a refund within the first 30 days if you are not satisfied with the service. Refunds will be provided for the unused portion of the subscription.

Dedicated Hosting Refunds:
As dedicated servers are provisioned specifically for each client, they are non-refundable. Once a dedicated server is allocated, the full amount paid is considered spent and non-refundable.

Early Termination:
You may cancel your hosting services at any time. However, refunds for unused months will not be issued unless stated in a specific contractual agreement.

3. Digital Marketing Services

Our digital marketing offerings, including social media marketing, paid advertising, and SEO, are governed by the following refund and cancellation terms:

Service Fee:
A 20% non-refundable service fee is allocated from the total marketing budget. This fee covers our expertise, strategy, and campaign management.

Marketing Budget:
The remaining 80% of the budget is allocated for paid marketing activities (e.g., ads, promotions). Once funds are used on advertising platforms, they are non-refundable.

Campaign Cancellation:
If a client cancels a marketing campaign before its completion, any unused marketing funds may be refunded. However, the 20% service fee is non-refundable, and any ads already run or paid for are non-refundable.

Performance Disclaimer:
We strive to achieve the best possible results for your campaigns, but due to the nature of advertising and fluctuating market conditions, we do not guarantee specific outcomes. As such, refunds will not be issued based on campaign performance.

4. General Cancellation Policy

Project Delays:
If delays are caused by the client (e.g., failure to provide necessary materials or information), the refund policy may be void, and the project may no longer be eligible for cancellation or a refund.

Termination of Agreement:
Either party may terminate the agreement with a 14-day written notice. If termination occurs after work has begun, refunds will only be provided for work that has not been completed or services not yet rendered.

5. Chargeback Policy

In the event of a dispute or chargeback, we reserve the right to provide documentation to support the services rendered, including contracts, project timelines, and proof of completed work. We strongly encourage clients to resolve any concerns directly with us before initiating a chargeback, as this could lead to project termination.
