This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms governing our web development, web hosting, and digital marketing services for clients in both Pakistan and the United States. By using our services, you agree to the following terms.
We ensure every project is delivered according to the mutually agreed scope and requirements. Our refund terms for web development are as follows:
A refund may be granted only if Nockweb fails to deliver the project as per the agreed-upon scope, timeline, or deliverables stated in the official contract. Depending on the project stage, a full or partial refund may be issued.
Once a project is completed and delivered, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
Any updates, edits, or new requirements after delivery will be billed separately unless covered under a maintenance or revision contract.
Nockweb provides hosting services for customers in Pakistan and the United States, including shared hosting and dedicated servers.
A refund may be requested within the first 30 days of service. Refunds will apply only to the unused portion of the subscription.
Dedicated servers are allocated exclusively for each client and are therefore non-refundable once provisioned. The full payment amount is treated as consumed upon setup.
Clients may cancel hosting services at any time. However, unused months are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in a specific hosting agreement.
Our digital marketing services (SEO, social media marketing, ads management, and related services) follow these refund and cancellation rules:
A 20% non-refundable service fee is charged from the total marketing budget. This covers campaign setup, strategy, expertise, and management time.
The remaining 80% is allocated to ads and promotional spending. Any funds already used on advertising platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.) are non-refundable.
If a campaign is cancelled before completion:
Any unused advertising funds may be refunded.
The 20% service fee remains non-refundable.
Money already spent on ads cannot be refunded.
While we focus on delivering optimal results, marketing outcomes vary based on industry competition and market conditions. No specific performance is guaranteed, and refunds will not be issued for campaign performance concerns.
If a project is delayed due to the client (e.g., lack of content, incomplete information, delayed approvals), refund eligibility may be voided.
Either party may terminate the agreement with a 14-day written notice.
If termination occurs after work has begun, refunds will only apply to work not yet completed or services not yet delivered.
In case of a chargeback or payment dispute, Nockweb reserves the right to present:
Signed contracts
Project records
Work logs
Delivery proofs and timelines
Clients are strongly advised to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Opening a chargeback without communication may result in project suspension or termination.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies equally to clients in both Pakistan and the United States.
Payment methods, refund processes, and dispute regulations may follow the rules applicable in each respective country.
